Security Council Resolution 1325. Fifteen Years after its Adoption

Abstract

With the adoption in 2000 of Resolution 1325 by the United Nations Security Council, an agenda on women, peace and international security was installed. In this context, this article is descriptive and has the purpose to identify and communicate the content of this agenda on women, peace and security, checking its revision in 2015, the year of its fifteenth anniversary and the 70 years of the United Nations.
